Lauren “Elle” Keys is the founder of Ellevated Concepts, a boutique Event Production and Marketing Agency. She learned to host by watching her maternal grandmothers prepare their homes for dinner parties, and gathering people around a good meal has been at the center of her work ever since. A self-proclaimed restaurant enthusiast, she is always chasing the next great meal. To Nosh. Tonight. is where it comes together: an intimate dinner series built on southern hospitality and the belief that food connects people.

Ebony Fleming is the Founder of Thrive Empowered and host of the Thrive Like a Mother podcast. She helps women, especially mothers, simplify meal planning, build confidence in and outside of the kitchen, and create sustainable wellness rhythms that support real life.
With over seven years of experience feeding a growing family, Ebony teaches that health is more than food. It’s mindset, boundaries, community, and learning to trust yourself again.
Through chef-curated dinner experience Seasoned Conversations, she’s created a safe space where women reconnect with God, their bodies, their homes and their voice.
Ebony’s work blends food, faith, entrepreneurship, and intentional living. She believes that when a woman learns to nourish herself well, she changes the trajectory of her entire family’s story.
