MEET THE FOUNDER
Lauren Keys is a natural hostess, creative visionary, and the founder of Ellevated Concepts, a boutique event production and marketing agency known for crafting thoughtful, intentional experiences. Her love for hosting was shaped early on, watching her maternal grandmothers prepare their homes for dinner parties—where tables were set with care, meals were made with love, and laughter lingered long after dessert.
That spirit of warmth and togetherness stayed with her. Over the years, Lauren’s passion for gathering people around beautiful food and meaningful conversation has remained at the heart of everything she does. A dedicated foodie and self-proclaimed restaurant enthusiast, she finds joy in exploring new cuisines, discovering hidden culinary gems, and savoring the art of dining out as much as creating moments at home.
To Nosh Tonight is the culmination of it all. An intimate dinner series that blends her deep-rooted love for hospitality, her eye for detail, and her belief that food is a powerful connector. Through this curated experience, Lauren invites others to slow down, share space, and delight in the joy of dining with intention.

Chef de Cuisine, Marcus Perrin
Hailing from North Philadelphia, Chef Marcus, found his passion for cooking at just eight years old under the guidance of his first culinary teacher—his mother, Danyel. He attended Kensington Business High School and later earned his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware.
After returning to Philadelphia, he began his culinary career as a Cook Supervisor in a long-term assisted living community, where he honed his skills in consistency, quality, and care. Determined to sharpen his craft, he enrolled at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in West Philadelphia, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts.
In 2017, Chef Marcus officially entered the hospitality industry as a Sous Chef Kitchen Manager at a Courtyard Marriott. The following year, he relocated to Atlanta, where he continued his work in hotel kitchens while expanding into private catering. His journey has been fueled by a deep love for hospitality and a dedication to creating memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression.
